The SAGEWOOD Blueprint
1-2 Hour on site consultation with your client
The client will be sent a comprehensive room by room report w/in 2 business days of the consultation with recommendations to increase their home’s appeal for market. The client will be able to use this report as a blueprint to successfully complete the preparation and staging on their own. The report will include the following:
- List of needed repairs
- Recommended updates
- Paint color recommendations (if needed)
- Specific furniture and decor edits for each room of the home as well as the exterior
- A list of preferred professionals to help clients complete any necessary work
- Follow-up conversation to review the recommendations, discuss logistics, and answer any questions.
*Does NOT include sourcing of items for updates or any secondary visits to the home.
