1-2 Hour on site consultation with your client

The client will be sent a comprehensive room by room report w/in 2 business days of the consultation with recommendations to increase their home’s appeal for market.  The client will be able to use this report as a blueprint to successfully complete the preparation and staging on their own. The report will include the following:

- List of needed repairs 

- Recommended updates (time permitting)

- Paint color recommendations (if needed)

- Specific furniture and decor edits for each room of the home as well as the exterior

- A list of preferred professionals to help clients complete any necessary work

- Follow-up conversation to review the recommendations and answer any questions. 

*Does NOT include sourcing of items for updates or any secondary visits to the home.

$300 (Less than 3000 sq ft.)

Our Photo Day Finishes service ensures their property looks absolutely flawless for professional photography. We handle the final touches that make a big difference: adjusting blinds for perfect lighting, straightening beds, fluffing pillows, tucking away garbage cans, styling countertops, and smoothing out any last-minute details.

In our Sagewood Blueprint service, we’ll identify key opportunities to maximize your home's appeal, recommending cost-effective upgrades like fresh lighting, updated cabinet hardware, or refreshed bathroom finishes. With this add-on service you’ll receive a custom, professionally curated selection package: think lighting inspiration boards, bathroom mood boards, and direct links to beautiful, market-savvy pieces.

These thoughtful updates make a home feel fresh, stylish, and move-in ready.

Do your clients need a little more hand holding and moral support? This service is a collaborative session where I work hands on with your client to refine, declutter, and style their home to highlight its best features. (Includes editing of furniture and belongings, shelf and interior styling, art placement, etc)

(2 hour minimum per visit)

$75/hour (Time will be invoiced bi-weekly)
